This is a Impulse skill of my destruction staff. You can see my second cast speed faster than the first if you watching carefully. Why? You should note i cast this skill alone in the first time, but block after cast this skill in the second time. We know the block can reduce the damage, that is i will take the less damage than the first with the same skills, and the cast speed faster than the first.

So, you can use block after cast skill to improve you speed and damage in the battle, if you are a melee, you can block once more when the foe on your side. Below is the specific operation and principle about this combat skill.

Combat skills process: Normal Attack → Cast Skills → Block → Cast Skills → Block (recycle)

Principle: Both normal attack and cast skills have cast action in ESO. Use the cast skills after the normal attack, and then you can eliminate the cast action of normal attack, which enables block to cancel the cast action of cast skills.


Note: this ESO combat skill requires hand speed, if you hand speed fast enough, can let you have no cast action but the foe has take damage. If you do not know this skill, hurry to try it! Good Luck!
